We understand that some clients are nervous about home visits or those booking on behalf of others are worried, that is why we will always:

 

• Send appointment reminder via text or email 24 hrs before

• Arrive in a JW Footcare branded vehicle

• Wear a JW Footcare uniform

• Present a JW Footcare identity card

• Respect our client's property 

 

We take patient care very seriously, that is why our accredited foot health practitioner is double COVID jabbed and boostered, has first aid certification, is DBS checked and vetted to a high level.

All of our equipment is deep cleansed in a professional steam autoclave, which sanitises items up to 134 degrees. We are COVID aware and follow strict hygiene practices.
